- Notepad Plus Plus [ Download ]

- Beer[ To Make u Fly ]

Tutorial : 

1. Install Notepad Plus Plus , then run app
2. Open your steam directory ,example "D:\Game\Steam\SteamApps\common\dota 2 beta\game\dota\bin\"
3. Open Folder Win32 , then edit with notepad ++ "client.dll"
   SS :
   
4.  use CTRL + F then enter "1134" click Find Next
   SS :
   
5. Change "1134" to "1534" then click save.

   if you change the value of more than 1534, there will be a possibility of fog effects on maps

6. change also client.dll on win 64, the same tutorials as the above.
7. Play Dota 2

   Note: "Every Dota 2 Game update,repeat tutorial from beginning"
